Shipping and return
We try to send the orders within one to two working days after the payment has been received. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation by mail with the tracing number of your package (as “Track and Trace” is possible in the shipping method you selected).

If you chose delivery by GLS you will need to sign for the package when it is received. Should you not be home the first time your package is presented, the driver will leave a note in your letterbox for you to make a new appointment with GLS.
You will have the choice of choosing a new date for GLS delivery, or choose to pick up your package at one of the GLS Parcel Shops (not possible for every destination). Your package can be delivered to the original address or to a new address (e.g. your office). Be sure you always leave a correct phone number, in order for GLS to be able to call you.
If you are normally not home during office hours, you have the option of giving the address of a friend or relative, or getting the package delivered to your office.

If you choose Swiss Post mailing service your order will be delivered by the common mail service. Delivery times are approximate and no “Track and Trace” is available, nor will you be asked to sign upon reception.
Orders having Switzerland as destination are always sent by Swiss Post. You can track the package online and all custom fees will be made to our account. You will not have to pay upon reception.
For orders to be delivered outside the European Union custom fees may be charged upon reception.

Returns
Are you unhappy with your order? Within 14 days after delivery, the products can be returned for any reason, after which we will reimburse the purchase amount minus the shipping fee.
The shipping costs for returned items are borne by the buyer. Upon reception of the shipment and approval of the condition of the products, the purchase amount minus the shipping costs will be reimbursed, within a maximum of 30 days.
Attention: A product can only be returned if it is sent back before use in the original, undamaged and unopened packaging. You bear the costs for return shipment. We will not receive unstamped packages!
Return shipments are processed in the following way:
- Send us an e-mail.
- Mention in this e-mail the invoice number and/or order number and your delivery address.
- Mention the IBAN and BIC/SWIFT number where the amount should be deposited.
- Pack the undamaged, unopened and unused product in the original package in such way that damage during transport will be avoided.
- Ensure sufficient postage. Unstamped packages are not accepted.
- Send the package back by certified mail or courier.
